SOLV Cosmoprof Promotion - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations governing the participation in the Online Raffle organized by Vector Consumer Limited ("the Company") to promote the Qualifying Product (SOLV Beauty Collagen as listed in Annex 1). By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

 

1. Eligibility:
    The Online Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years and older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Company, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 
     
    2. Entry Requirements:
      To enter the Online Raffle, participants must complete the following steps: 
      1. Scan the QR code and access the online form. 
      2. Enter their details into the online form. 
      3. Answer the qualifying questions on the online form. 
       
      3. Prize:
        The prize for the Online Raffle is 1 year supply of SOLV Beauty Collagen up to £324 GBP retail value. The Company reserves the right to alter the length of the competition and may alter the prize within equivalent cash value. 
         
        4. Winner Selection:

        Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The draw will be conducted by the Company or a designated representative. 
         
        5. Promotional Period:
        The promotional period for the Online Raffle will be specified by the Company. Entries received before or after the promotional period will not be considered. Promotional period begins on 21st March 2024 at 0:01 and ends 23rd March 2024 at 23:59. 
         
        6. Winner Notification:
        The winners will be notified via email from a Vector Consumer representative. The winners must respond to the notification within 7 days of the initial contact. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. 
        In case the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, a second runner-up winner will be selected, who will be required to respond within further 7 days, and so on until a successful winner is identified and contacted. 
         
        7. Prize Delivery:
           
          The prize will be provided to the winner within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation but no more than 15 business days. The Company is not responsible for any delays in prize delivery / provision due to reasonably unforeseen circumstances and will not accept any claims against it for any such delay.   
           
          8. Publicity:
           
          By participating in the Online Raffle, winners consent to the use of their first names, photographs, and basic information for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Online Raffle and the Company, without further compensation. 
           
          9. General Conditions:
           
          The Company's decisions regarding the Online Raffle, including the selection of winners, are final and binding. 
          The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. 
          Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liabilities or claims arising out of their participation in the Online Raffle or acceptance and use of the prize. 
          The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Online Raffle or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 
          The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to safeguard the data submitted by Customers as part of this Raffle. Participating customers will hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liabilities or claims arising out of any potential data breach affecting the data they have submitted in connection with participation in this Raffle.  
          By entering the Online Raffle, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
